Refund Policy – UPI Auto Debit

Finvesco enables EMI repayment through UPI Auto Debit (UPI Autopay) facility for the convenience of borrowers.

In case of any incorrect debit, duplicate debit, or failed transaction where the amount has been debited but not credited to the loan account, the customer may raise a refund request by contacting our customer support team.

After verification of the transaction details, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment source.
