he customer may request mandate cancellation by contacting Finvesco customer support.

Upon cancellation of the mandate, the customer remains responsible for timely repayment of loan EMIs through alternative payment methods.

Finvesco shall not be responsible for penalties or charges arising from delayed payments after mandate cancellation.
