Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3-4 years of experience, specializing in the banking domain.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define
requirements, and provide analysis to support banking operations and project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various banking operations and
processes. - Engage with stakeholders to identify and recommend improvements to existing banking
processes. - Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to ensure proper implementation of
requirements. - Manage and analyze change requests, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans for system enhancements and new
features. - Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, track performance metrics, and recommend
solutions. - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure clear communication and
understanding of requirements between business and technical teams.
Skills Required:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the banking domain.
- Solid understanding of banking products, services, and operations.
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
