How to download Finvesco Agent Applications?

Download latest APK from Finvesco mobile app “WhatsApp group”.

1. Alert Dialog box screen.

2. Install Confirmation for the application.

3. Open after installation Completed

Permissions screen for allow location & enable Bluetooth for app.

1. Navigation to login screen.

2. Log in with your Credentials.

3.Enter the Home Screen 

Step-1 : Navigate to JLG collection breakup by taping collection icon under JLG collection in the home page.

Step2: You will find 2 breakup’s
1. Overdue
2. Today’s demand.

Step3: Tap on arrow in today’s demand you will find JLG group, click collect button

Step 4: Select the person who will make the payment, also if borrower finds to make advance payment click on options – advanced payment.

Step5: Enter number of advanced Emi’s, limit of 5 Emi’s & click the save button.

Step 6: Click the collect Payment button, who will navigate to the payment screen.

Step7: Select mode of payment “Cash/QR.”.

Mode of QR Payment

For cash collection enter the amount for each borrower, how much he wants to put in cash

Enter the collection denomination of cash, click collect payment button in the bottom

Acknowledge dialog

Proceed the Payment, Payment Successful

For QR collection you will get acknowledgement, click generate QR, after that enter the amount of
each borrower how much he wants to pay in “QR” then submit

Scan the QR as shown in the screen

  • Make payment from the borrower’s UPI’S payment application
  • Payment Successful

Step8: You will find denomination(coin) icon in the breakup, navigate to denomination page, click
on the respective denominations you want to submit.

Step9: Bottom sheet will appear with the denominations of cash you collected, if everything is collected as per your cash holdings submit denomination.

Step10: Proceed Submission. Payment Success

Note : If the CRO doesn’t know the location, clicking the location icon will show directions. If the Lonie location was registered, it will display their saved location, if not registered no location
found

Step 2: After clicking, you will go to the payment mode screen based on the JLG
collection total demand process.
