Details to Provide: When filing a grievance, please provide your loan account number, registered contact details, and a detailed description of your concern.

Resolution: Once we have all the necessary information, we will work diligently to resolve your issue and inform you of the outcome.

Escalation Matrix:

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you can escalate the issue to our Grievance Redressal Officer at grievanceofficer@finvesco.com.
