Terms & Conditions – UPI Auto Debit (UPI Autopay)

  1. By authorizing the UPI Auto Debit mandate, the customer permits Finvesco to automatically debit EMI payments from the registered UPI account on scheduled due dates.

  2. The customer will receive a pre-debit notification from the UPI application before the debit is executed.

  3. The debit will be processed only after customer approval as per UPI Autopay guidelines (for mandates above the permitted limit).

  4. The customer must ensure sufficient balance in the linked bank account before the scheduled debit date.

  5. In case of insufficient balance or debit failure, Finvesco may apply late payment charges as per the loan agreement.

  6. Customers may pause or cancel the mandate anytime through their UPI application.

  7. Finvesco shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused due to banking network issues, UPI system errors, or technical failures.

  8. All disputes related to UPI Auto Debit transactions must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.
