Mr. Ravindra Kumar Jakkampudi is the Managing Director of our company. He holds a bachelor of Commerce degree from Nagarjuna University, a master’s degree in business administration from the top business school of India from Institute of Management studies- GOA. Further, he started his career with teaching in management studies at Krishnaveni Women’s Polytechnic College, Vijayawada, where he worked for three years, later moved to his own construction business for 10 years, certainly he entered into food business and started a new family restaurant namely Silver Spoon in the year 2005 which becomes top Restaurant business in the state. he has more than three decades of experience in the business Administration and has served in various capacities including administrator, C.E.O, Director, Vice-Chairman of Peoples Cooperative Society from 2013-2023, which is the fastest grown society over 240 crores turnover and winner of most trusted society in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. Kavuri Rama Rao
Mr. Kavuri Rama Rao brings with him an extensive professional journey spanning more than two decades (24 years), characterized by profound expertise in the Microfinance sector and Coastal Local Area Banking. He is currently serving as the Head of the Loans Department for Finvesco Capital India Private Limited, Mr. Rama Rao has exhibited a remarkable track record of leadership and strategic acumen throughout his career.
He is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success, possessing the skills, experience, and leadership qualities necessary to drive organizational growth and excellence in the dynamic landscape of the financial sector.
With 15 years and 2 months of invaluable experience exclusively in the Microfinance sector, Mr. Rama Rao has honed his skills in various capacities, including Divisional Manager, Regional Training Manager for Micro Enterprises Loans (Mortgage Loans) & Group Loans, Area Manager-MEL, and Micro Enterprises Coordinator. His roles have been diverse, involving interfacing with plan distribution, designing training modules, staff recruitment, business development, and conducting training programs for staff members.
In his tenure at Coastal Local Area Bank, spanning 9 years and 9 months, he served as a pivotal figure in the Credit department, holding senior management positions. Notably, he operated MSME (Rural Development) sector activities, demonstrated exceptional leadership as a Branch Head and garnered certification from the WWB team for his expertise in business appraisal analysis in Secured lending (Micro Enterprises Loans).
His extensive skill set is comprehensive and finely tuned to the demands of the financial sector. He possesses proficiency in business appraisals, planning operation expansion, staff recruitment, training & development, and monitoring reduction of overdue and NPAs. His adeptness in participating in risk mitigation issues, coupled with his ability to effectively lead teams of up to 300 members, underscores his capacity for strategic decision-making and team management.

Mr Marripudi Chandra Shekar
Sales Head
Mr. Marripudi Chandra Shekar has been instrumental in driving the business strategy and expanding fixed income businesses across geographies. He played an instrumental role in formulating the strategic direction of the business.
Chandra Shekar brings over 20 years of experience in financial services sector. He has had an extensive career in the area of wealth management, asset management structuring of Investment products. Additionally, he also has an exposure in Private Equity domain.
Prior to joining Finvesco Group, Chandra Shekar was associated with Edelweiss Broking Ltd as AVP- South B2B business and was instrumental in building differentiated franchises across South region. His past association includes ICICI Bank, Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd and Monarch Networth Capital Ltd.
Chandra Shekar holds an MBA from RIMS Andhra University with specialisation in Finance.
